(11,879 posts)My natural circadian rhythm has me up until 3-4 a.m. (sometimes later), and sleeping until 10-10:30. The only times it's difficult is if I get scheduled for an early morning appointment or if I'm a guest in someone else's home and need to adhere to a more normal schedule.
Sleep problems can be the worst ~ sorry to hear you go through that. Have you ever had a sleep study? At least WFH gives you some much-needed leeway. I think a lot of people will need to adjust if and when work means showing up and being counted again.
It wouldn't come as a surprise if many businesses opt for allowing more WFH on a permanent basis. Their facilities can be smaller, meaning much less building expenses and maintenance. It's a win-win for all.
I'll let you at least try to get back to sleep. G'night!
