of two extra paid weeks of vacation, an additional bonus of $100 for each 35 hours each employee works each week, unlimited time off paid if sick, with the guarantee that their job will be there later, paid meals / lunches / snacks daily, etc., along with all of the other benefits they get.

I was simply responding to someone's distress about shopping in a retail outlet and you chose to make it all about your argument about rump and home depot.

The owner has, over the years, modified his support for rump, but that doesn't concern me one bit. I don't let other people tell me who to vote for, who or what to support, thank god. Because according to you, all business should be conducted with 100% non-trump supporters. That's a laugh and a joke all rolled up in one. Ironically enough, Joe Biden does reach out to rump supporters and seek their support.

The Mom and Pop hardware stores have been going out of business for a long time, being that their business model unfortunately sucked (too small, etc.) and YES, I supported such a place (including my other half too, work ironically enough worked at HD). Grand Oak Hill Hardware store, I have fond memories of this place. And they didn't close because of bad business, they closed because they sold their site for a pretty penny.
