My understanding is that Flynn pleaded guilty and that a judgment was entered. Right? If so, DOJ can withdraw but that does not affect the judgment already entered.
Also, wouldn't the court have to approve the withdrawal?

Flynn got a new legal team and they filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
