lying about how many were "gonna" be sent, then bragging about the # of tests vs # of tests needed per capita and to get out of this.

An honest person would have never done any of that.

All this, the lack of testing, PPE, vents -- his hoarding them like personal property doling out like a king.....makes the perfect campaign issue..."do you want this POS doling out future vaccines to whomever gives him campaign $ only?"
