13. I would say fairly remote odds

Okinawa has a history of bad storms and they have adjusted their construction to deal with it (Bolaven caused no deaths on Okinawa despite the intensity of the storm). However, two, of this power, this close together? Seems a little ... unusual.

Hope all those in harms way get to safety!
