there are things you know and the things you can prove. They aren't always the same thing.

While everyone knows that Trump is a bloviating and corrupt buffoon, but proving that beyond a reasonable doubt, in court, while adhering to the rules of evidence may not be as simple as people think.

This ass clown will have the best lawyers that money can buy who can and will file motion after motion after motion and who can and will spin an excellent and plausible story to a jury.

Convicting a former president would be a significant hill to climb and the evidence has to be absolutely 100% irrefutable and unimpeachable.
