It is a feeling....meaning...they lie so much...we can not assume they really are presidential...we are conditioned to believe most of what would come from a President...this occupant...he is not Presidential...he lies for self serving a propose...that is his track record.

So, unless they are on oxygen or a ventilator...I don't believe them...this is just another avenue to campaign.
