number of voting machines at each remaining site - only in Democratic-leaning precincts, of course - just in time for the November election. Probably a bunch of confusing notices were going to be mailed out at the last minute, advising poor, elderly and minority voters their voting places had been moved somewhere they couldn't get to easily. Their voter suppression schemes will be foiled if people can vote by mail.
