Ingredients:
50g melinjo
100g melinjo leaf
200g chayote
100g long beans
1 purple aubergine
1 jackfruit
1 piece tempeh
100 ml coconut milk

Especially the jackfruit..LOL...They aren't in season around here. (I think they are imported from Asia and not from tropical Americas) I wish markets sold them cut and packaged as opposed to the whole fruit. I bought one once....it was an endeavor...

When I bought my jackfruit, I watched a guy from a village in India..LOL...Of course he had the fortune of letting it ripen on the tree and also had an outdoor type kitchen...When it was ripe, he stuck a broomstick in it and let the latex ooze out...It video was hilarious and that was what I pretty much ended up doing

Update: According to the Jackfruit Company I can buy prepackaged at Sprouts. Now you're talking!!
