Worldwide public health is something it's heavily involved in.

The Global Health Track focuses on the access to and quality of health services, products, and systems in four priority areas—infectious diseases, women’s and children’s health, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and mental health. This year, the Track will explore four integrated approaches relevant to the priority areas—technology for health, financing for health, health systems strengthening, and government leadership. Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) members in this Track work across sectors to develop and implement collaborative solutions to global health challenges.

I admit to a secret hope that the Clinton Foundation beats everyone else to a vaccine.
