it will stand until they can fuck over a Dem POTUS, especially if Trump is elected and takes the court to 7-2 or even 8-1 (If Sotomayor's bad chronic diabete does her in) hard RW (and for the RW cherry on the cake, replace an ageing Thomas with a 40-something RWNJ)
