17. Waaay too many big words in the Executive Summary alone.

NO ONE could expect der Dumpster to read half that many words. Even if they were the best words.

And the details. UGG. Details are not fair. Pages and pages of charts with really tiny print and no pictures. Not even any bog colored arrows.

And all those phases and sub-phases. Very confusing.

No wonder why der Dumpster threw this playbook out and fired the committee responsible for implementing it.

So much better to start with 15 cases which should have gone to zero in a couple days.
