This judge gave the case a time out because he was going to hammer Flynn with a stiff sentence that went beyond what the government was asking.

Now, to have this stunt pulled in his court room, - it can't be going over well.

2,000 past DoJ personnel signed a letter calling for Barr's resignation (again) over this.

Judge Sullivan is bringing the bright lights of the media on Barr's conduct with this move. The cockroaches are going to scurry. The public's short memory is being revived.

No matter how this ends, this is not good news for Trump, Barr or Flynn.
