Local law enforcement would have sent a swat team down there with tear gas canisters and armored vehicles. Letting them all infect themselves solves the long term problem, yes, but does nothing to re enforce the Rule of LAW in this nation...they can be arrested and they can all infect each other in the county pokey as easily as they can out on the street acting like the white terrorists they are.
