41. Because they're only refills

Tell your doctor your fears. See if they will do a kind of drive-by appointment. Maybe you can preanswer standard questions. Something like that.

Set yourself up with a change of clothes and fix yourself up before entering your residence. Spray everything.

Or, you could spray your way to your shower. Scrub up and have your change of clothes ready in advance. Leave your shoes outside the door. for a couple of days in the sun. Bag your old clothes and wear gloves while you are washing them. Run disinfectant through your machine afterwards.

I vote (not that it's my business) for you to go get your meds. Keep yourself going. There's no guarantee that you'll get the virus. But if you run out of your personal meds, you could get sick from that.
