To use as a weapon against those he hates , and wants to prevent their progress helping people , but trump wants them to help him , or else he does this. Just like he has Barr doing now protecting him over the American people, and using the DOTJ as a personal weapon against anyone opposing him. Putin does the same things in russia too , corrupt the government to use for self dealing , and self protection. trump doing things this way is escalating.
