3. I really feel for people in the middle of congested cities. At least in smaller communities/suburbs

you can pull up the lawn chairs 6-8 feet apart, put on some music and invite some neighbors/friends over for a glass of wine/beer and some chat. I always thought that was "stereotypically" suburb or small town as depicted on tv/movies, but boy am I glad it is possible now.
