5. Judge shopping.

LOL his case has been adjudicated in a court of law, its not up to DOJ to suddenly drop it . They must figured out this isn't going by this judge, so now they resort to judge shopping.

All Republican state AG's have sent in letters to the courts on the amicus briefs too.
