62. I wouldn't bet on that

Different states have different rules depending on what disqualifies a person for unemployment and so I did a quick Google search looking for Kentucky's. Kentucky's statue states, "He has been discharged for misconduct or dishonesty connected with his most recent work." The employer had every right to fire an employee who acts like an asshole on their own time, but I suspect it would be a stretch to connect hanging an effigy of Andy Beshear to the persons work.
