the term "swing voter" it refers to people who are so damned uninformed that they make up their minds the weekend before an election as to who to vote for. If you really feel that such people don't exist, fine, but when we see both sides of Congress and even the White House switching back and forth between the two major parties, then you need to come up with a suitable explanation as to why that happens without people who are indeed, "mushy".
