I fully expect DACA to be finished at that point, I don't see how Justices Sotomayor and Kagen come up with an argument that says "bad" Executive Orders can be changed by a subsequent administration, but "good" Executive Orders are permanent and cannot be wiped away with the stroke of a pen. At least it won't be convincing to Chief Justice Roberts, and he's the only swing vote here.

Either way, Trump will surely harness the crisis that erupts.
