12. Repugs & Trump are setting the 3 cities/states up for Nov

Fear in the cities will take over. The three cities, which are majority democratic blocks of voters will be messed with the week before the election - "riots", "vandalism", "large demonstrations", masterfully orchestrated. Then swoosh, martial law, federal troops, and before governors can react and people clamoring for Trump to call in the military, guess what happens -- people in these cities are afraid and do not vote and the three states go in the Republican column. Game over.
