Trump will issue a blanket pardon to just about everyone if he loses in November...except those who betrayed him of course. Sure there will be some disbarment's, etc. But Biden's Attorney General....should he win...and lets not get over confident about that....won't have anything to go after. And going after a former President, has been a line no one has been willing to cross.

Even then, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump resigns shortly after the loss and Pence assumes power...and not because he wants to, but under pressure from the GOP who doesn't want the public display of trials of corruption that can last for years....pardons Trump, knowing full well that's the end of his political career.....but he will get a very cushy lobbying job in exchange.
