Otherwise, I think you have pretty well summed up the totality of Trump voters. Although I may not share your views on things like water fluoridation, I think these four basic categories are pretty much sufficient to describe them all. As for the stupid people, the main thing is that they either never took courses in civics and American government in high school, or if they did, they were either brain dead in class or were asleep in class, especially when they discussed the warning signs or red flags thrown out by a potential dictator. Sad!
