He is simply an evil fucker who loves to create the circus so he can get his jollies and line his pockets.

The pile of buzzard squeezin's that he supposedly spews day in a day out is just for attention and diversion. I say supposedly because it's well known he's terribly dyslexic. Most of his spew is more likely staff - hamberders and covfefe aside.
