time he turned and appeared to fire the taser toward the cop? The fact that he took the taser and ran suggests he hadn't been restrained. Is there evidence that the cops did anything wrong up to that point. The question is when he turned and appeared to shoot. Did the cop think he had a real gun? Was he right to fire back? I don't know, but I am not going to conclude this was a racist killing based on the available information.
