You are naive to think you can't wipe out their weapons program. It worked in the case of Iraq and it could work with the Iranians.

Actually it did not. Israel's attack on Osrirak convinced Saddam that he needed to speed it up. What did in the Iraqi nuclear program was the 1991 gulf war and the sanctions that followed; had he stayed out of Kuwait, it's estimated there would have been an Iraqi bomb by 1994. It could cause a setback in the timetable, but it would not eliminate the program. It may even accelerate the timetable as Iran dedicates futher resources to it in response to an attack.

Again I ask you, do you think its wise to allow them to weaponize? If they get a bomb, is it ok for them to use it to blackmail the Israelis?
