I'm not sure what outlet she represented. (The briefing was in NYC, not Albany.) It was one of those 'next career move' ones: running for president, VP etc. She mentioned increased international attention, popularity, et al, including the Cuomosexuals. Someone at the table with him couldn't control a laughing snort at that moment.
