They've come this far. They're all in now and I think that they know it. And they probably know that replacing him at this late juncture would be a big mess for them as well. Maybe some of the *smarter* Republicans might want to dump him but there is no mechanism for that to happen. He has no primary challengers(?) and the Republicans in many states canceled their primaries to help ensure Trump challengers couldn't gain much traction.
