Flip every possible seat blue, from Congress to State House, down to city and county and school board.

Remove the McConnel rubber stamp, eliminate the possibility of any Senate confirmations of unqualified nominees (ie all of them) or ratification of bad (ie all of them) treaties that get sent their way, and maybe start investigating misconduct by current appointees and removing a few of them (don't know that "all of them" is necessary or practical here, though it's a nice dream)
