Then our presence there no longer needs the strategic refueling, medical or support facilities provided by our forces in Germany. I assume Trump has invented a version of the C-130 that can fly from Diego Garcia to Delaware without stopping.

Besides, if Putin has decided he wants all of Ukraine back, it's easier if no one is in the neighborhood to tell him he can't.
