Picking people based on their gender or skin color is antithetical to everything we stand for.

How about starting with who would be most effective to help Biden dig us out of the pandemic starting in January 2021? If nothing dramatically different starts happening then, we could lose any goodwill we've accrued since President Bozo started committing negligent homicide while playing golf in Jan and Feb.
