I've been here since 2002, and am barely over 1000 posts, but I feel like this board has helped me stay informed and know that there are people who are passionate about values that I share are working to shine light on darkness.

I just wish that more people would recognize the importance of voting and taking on the responsibilities that come with citizenship, here it's like speaking to the choir, but knowing how low voter turnouts are compared to the actual amount of eligible voters, is depressing
