Racism has a very specific definition related to a person's view of black people. Supporting a particular political candidate, even if that person is a racist, does not necessarily make one a racist if they don't hold that view.

I'm not defending people who support Trump in any way. They are despicable and, in many respects, they are worse than racists. But it's important that we not muddy up the definition of racism, which is very specific.
