Hm-m-m-m. Now why would he want to increase the sales of this book?

Back in the day, Art Buchwald sued Tricky Dick because he WASN'T on "The Enemies List", and was damn insulted by it. I understand how he felt because now I'm tempted to buy that book, dammit.
