TVs up till that point. Its really mellowed the waiting rooms out. There used to be so much bad energy coming off RWers working themselves up. and it was pissing everyone else off, too. We'd start arguing with the sets and then the RWers'd start up - there were fist fights. Changed channels to history or Leave it to Beaver and Perry Mason and now its pleasant.
