30. Why didn't you buy a hose?

If I was that concerned I would certainly buy a hose.

I for one love fireworks but make sure they're done responsibly. I've lived in neighborhoods where a few dozen neighbors will gather in the middle of the cul-de-sac and launch fireworks together all night long. Right now I live in the city but there are still many people who go out into the street on holidays to shoot fireworks and it is an amazing sight to see.
