“Our mortality rate is among the best countries in the world,” Trump then inaccurately claimed.

Perhaps someone said to him that "our mortality rate is the HIGHEST in the world" ... and the orange-idiot assumes that "highest mortality" equals "best mortality".

Heaven help us all.
