Only he really can’t say that. But his plan — if you can call it that — is more of the same.

Now that Americans know what his administration intends to do, they don’t like it. So he can’t tell the general population he is just going to double down. The only group that likes to hear that is his base and they are shrinking. So just gibberish seems to work better — for him. Most voters hearing it are scratching their heads wondering what is knocking around, bouncing off the walls of his skull.

His days as POTUS are numbered and he has no clue what to do to change the trajectory of his second campaign and won’t listen to anyone else. So hopefully he will go ahead and start packing. And think about about where he’ll be the afternoon of Inauguration Day 2021. And how he will look in an orange jumpsuit.
