which means, of course, testing EVERYONE. Social distancing (with mass testing) would be ideal if we ALL lived ALONE. But at this stage of the game, our only line of defense is to find out who's infected and PHYSICALLY isolate them from the uninfected with full-time PROFESSIONAL medical/quarantine care.

I read that asymptomatic people don't have fever. That fever comes if they get sicker.

Exactly. There's no noninvasive/easily operational way to test for Covid in asymptomatic people.
