He doesn't show any traits of being a good leader. In fact, it looks like he pretty much leaves it up to his crew to run the campaign until he decides the wants something else done then he shouts over them and just does what he wants anyway. Like he did with the Ryan pick. Then he has this nasty habit of when things go bad he blames his team. I haven't seen who he blames for saying 47% of voters are lazy moochers, yet. But, my guess is he might offer something like an apology then when that doesn't work blame his team.
