(3,970 posts)I for one have a feeling that they've done some soul-searching and repenting of their part in bringing on the election of Trump. I follow Joe Walsh on Twitter and he has apologized multiple times.
They are putting their considerable talent, their money, and their time at the service of saving our country. They are serving the best interests of the country with skill and passion. That makes them heroes to me.
I'm sure there will be many things we will never agree with them on, but they recognized and are affirming decency and rejecting indecency and corruption.
I am cautiously hopeful that they will continue to find some common ground with Democrats and that maybe, just maybe, they can help the country move to a less hyper partisan state. It will mean taking on the systematic propaganda that FOX News and the 1,200 conservative talk radio stations in the country that are major players in that system.
