9. I don't know. I mean I get the concerns about losing ground in the Senate

But at the end of the day, it's all about finding the best qualified people for these jobs period no matter what their current job is. I think it's safe to say that if elected, Biden is going to inherit a country in disarray with a horrendous mess left behind by the previous administration.

Maybe it's just me but I don't think it would be fair to eliminate a Senator or Congress person from consideration especially they're actually interested in the job and want to advance their career. What are we going to say to them? "You're the best person for the job and I know how much you want it but we can't risk losing a seat to the Republicans so you need to just fall in line and stay where you're at."
