and Vlad told Donnie that there was no way he'd do anything like that, and that U.S. intelligence agencies are lying about him again, just so Donnie won't be re-elected. U.S. intelligence agencies just hate Donnie so much because of his superior intellect. And no more was ever spoken about the subject.
