for a few months - to let him dig his hole deeper and release it for maximum effect.
I'm sure there are things I might wish had been released o 2-17, but even at that, it probably required some tehere to change their minds, which is quite difficult to do.
Beau of the Fifth Column has a vid out today "about denials" in which he points out that in this case, and in most cases, it doesn't matter whether the denial is true or false - both ways are equally damning. If his denial of ever having been briefed is true, that means the President of the United States cannot be trusted with any information unfavorable to Putin. (And how pathetic is that.)
