Step 1. Open the tweet with the gif you want.
Step 2. Click on the box with the up arrow and select Copy Link To Tweet.
Step 3. Open the home page of http://twittervideodownloader.com/
Step 4. Paste the copied link into the box.
Step 5. Click on Download.
Step 6. Right Click on the Download Video button.
Step 7. Select "copy link address"
Step 8. Open the site: https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif
Step 9. Paste the copied link into the "paste url here" box
Step 10. Click on Upload Gif
Step 11. Scroll down and Click on Convert to Gif
Step 12. Right click on the image that is shown and "save image as"
You should have an animated gif image you want.
