It is because Vlad does not only have "Kompro" on Agent Orange but the WHOLE PARTY.
From the beginning it is the only thing that has made any sort of sense to me regarding why the Re-thuglicans always put up with Captain Dipshit's idiotic ass. Isn't it true that the Russians hacked the RNC too? If so, I would bet my last dollar that there is some serious shit that they have gathered on the whole party, every member - seriously would not shock me if there was "Kompro" on every single Re-thug.
