...we can examine the S-400 and its abilities. Russia has to know this is possible when selling them to another country. But of course, there are complications;

We don't know if the export version is as good as the domestic.

Next, Turkey may not want to sell them to us, it is considered one the best SAM's and our Patriot system hasn't seen any significant improvements. And Turkey does have to worry about Greece and Iran...as well as a possible civil war. Plus, they may already be making plans for either a NATO exit...or a NATO dissolution.

Finally, they become obsolete next year once the S-500 comes into play....if not secretly already.
