White woman calls police because her black neighbors were building a patio on their own property

9. You know, I have really annoying neighbors.

Whenever I have (Back in the old days) friends over for dinner on the screened porch, my neighbor decides this is the moment to mow the lawn, starting right back 10 feet from my porch. She has an ugly stinky compost pile, also right on my property line a few feet from my screened porch. She sometimes parks her car so that it blocks my mailbox. She was so angry that I asked her to move her car so the letter carrier could get to the mailbox, that she no longer speaks to me and loudly slams her door and mutters loudly whenever she sees me outside.

And you know what? I have never ever ever called the police on her. It would never occur to me to call the police on her.

It's a news story because this resident on video called the police, knowing that it could end up with the neighbor being arrested (we all know that black people get arrested even when there is literally no crime being committed). It's a cautionary tale too--- "Don't do this, people. Don't be assholes. It might get your neighbor killed. More important to you, no doubt, it might get you viral on video."

Some assholes need exposure to realize that maybe they don't want to be a VIRAL asshole. This is actually for their own benefit!
