He seems to want to "turn himself in" and do time, at least according to his new crime blotter obsession and by projecting it on the issue of the monuments.

We know how to read this perp, now. His shadow imaginary friend is making him hint at what he really deserves. Ten-years would be letting him off easy, though. Wishful thinking.

We have him on tape for defacing a country!
